AUGUST 2023 EXHIBITION & SALE
“Director’s Cut”
August 7 - September 4, 2023
For over 35 years, Morning Star Gallery has built its reputation on quality, authenticity, and integrity while presenting the finest selection of antique Native American art available to the market. Morning Star has helped to build some of the most important and prominent private collections and been instrumental in many significant institutional acquisitions.
2023 marks Morning Star Gallery’s 38th annual summer exhibition and sale. This year’s show, “Director’s Cut,” will highlight an exceptional group of antique Southwest and Plains art. This survey show will feature examples of Plains beadwork, parfleche, and ledger drawings. The Southwest portion will include Pueblo textiles, Hopi katsinas, and a number of fine Pueblo pottery jars.
We are looking forward to sharing this exciting group of material with our friends, clients, and all who are interested in antique Native American Art.
